Please take notice that on the 19th day of February, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Thomas Tuttle for a variance from (1) Section 3.11.C: To reduce the rear yard setback of an accessory structure from 5′ to 2′, (2) From Section 3.11.H: To increase the percentage of accessory to principal from 50{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} to 52{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}; (3) From Section 3.11.J: To increase the maximum height of an accessory building from 15′ to 2 stories; and (4) From Section 3.12.A: To decrease the required distance between buildings from 2 stories to 8′. Purpose of Request: To construct a garage.
The property is described as follows:

A 0.148 acre tract of land on the south side of Edgington Lane, west of Anderson Avenue as it appears in Deed Book 773, Page 773 as found in the Ohio County Clerk’s Office.

More commonly known as 103 & 105 Edgington Lane.
