LUBECK PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT
NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
The Public Service Board of Lubeck Public Service District (the “District”) will hold a regular meeting at 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on Thursday, May 13, 2021, at the District’s office at 301 Ox Johnson Lane, Washington, West Virginia, for the following purposes:
1. To consider and adopt a proposed Bond Resolution authorizing its Water Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2021 A, in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $2,000,000, and its Water Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2021 B, in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $250,000 (collectively, the “Bonds”), to permanently finance certain costs of currently refunding the District’s Series 2005 B Bonds, Series 2005 C Bonds, and Series 2010 A Bonds (collectively, the “Bonds to be Refunded”).
2. To consider and adopt a proposed Supplemental Resolution approving the terms and other provisions of the Bonds.
3. To consider and approve all other documents and matters in connection with the payment of the Bonds to be Refunded.
This meeting is open to the press and the public and any person interested may attend such meeting.
