Please take notice that on the 19th day of February, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Thomas Tuttle for a variance from (1) Schedule 5-A: To reduce the side yard setback in the C-2 Zone from 4′ to 1′ and (2) To reduce the total side yard setback from 10′ to 1′. Purpose of Request: To construct an addition.
The property is described as follows:

A 0.494 acre tract of land on the east side of Carmel Road, south of Edgington Lane described in Deed Book 759 on Page 727 as found in the Ohio County Clerk’s Office.

More commonly known as 99 Edgington Lane.
