Waters, Judge of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, at Room 321, of the Wood County Judicial Building, Two Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia, and bring on for hearing the Petition of Ronald Logan Winzler to be permitted to change his name from Ronald Logan Winzler to Ronald Logan Isenberg, at which time and place any person objecting such to such change may be present and heard if they so desire. You are further advised that the hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
