On or about June 2, 2020 M.M., the above-named child, was born to DANIELLE MALLOY. On or about August 22, 2003 S.B. the above-named child, was born to ELIZABETH MONK. It appearing that the Father, DUANE BYRD, of the above-named children’s whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on JULY 7, 2021, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, DUANE BYRD, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, GEORGE TORRES, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 3901 BRISCOE RUN ROAD, PARKWAY CENTER, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (818)331-7103.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, DUANE BYRD with respect of the above-named children, M.M. and S.B.
