UNKNOWN FATHER
On or about the 25th day of May 2017, S.E.L., the above-named child, was born to H.E.J. and UNKNOWN FATHER, who is possibly MARK LUSK. It appearing that the whereabouts of the father are unknown, notice is hereby given that UNKNOWN FATHER AND PUTATIVE FATHER MARK LUSK are named as Respondents in the above-styled matter and that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the 6th day of July 2021 at 9:00 O’clock a.m., before the Honorable Jason Wharton, Circuit Court Judge of Wood County, West Virginia, in his courtroom located on the 2nd floor of the Wood County Judicial Building, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia. Said proceedings may be continued from time to time as directed by the Court.
The father must appear and defend his interests in the above-styled matter on or before the aforementioned date and time or otherwise the above-styled proceeding may, at any time thereafter upon final disposition, result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of UNKNOWN FATHER, who is believed to be MARK LUSK, to the above-named child S.E.L.
A copy of the Petition for Adoption may be obtained by the father from the Circuit Clerk at the Clerk’s office, located in the Wood County Judicial Building, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
