YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition for Modification to Appoint a Co-Guardian of the above-identified child born to DAKOTA RIEL, the child’s mother, and DANIEL HUNT, the child’s father, has been filed in the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia.
A hearing on the Petition will be held on the 2nd day of July, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. before Judge C. Darren Tallman in the Wood County Family Court, 315 Market Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101, pursuant to Article 1 of Chapter 44A of the Code of West Virginia.
If you fail to appear at the hearing on the date and time specified, or if you fail to file a written response to the allegations contained in the Petition for Modification, further action may be taken including the granting of the guardianship without any further notice to you. Your written response should be addressed to Debra L. Steed, PLLC, P.O. Box 225, Parkersburg, WV 26101 and the Wood County Circuit Court, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101.
