Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of August 2021, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Alicia Kathleen Beeson, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Alicia Kathleen Beeson to Alicia Kathleen Matheny Beeson At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
