The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that JAMES PATRICK AMOS, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, JAMES PATRICK AMOS, Respondent, serve upon JULIE KAY AMOS, petitioner, whose address is 117 SHEARS COURT, ELIZABET, WV 26143 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before AUGUST 6, 2021.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
