On or about March 20, 2018, J.C. the above-named child was born to SHEYENNE COLVIN. It appearing that the Father, JOSHUA COLVIN, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on July 16, 2021, at the hour of 2:30 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, JOSHUA COLVIN has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, ERIC POWELL, 500 GREEN STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 422-6555.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, JOSHUA COLVIN, with respect of the above-named child, J.C.
