1. The object of this suit is to terminate guardianship and to allocate custodial responsibility.
TO THE RESPONDENT, KRISTEN KELLEY:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that KRISTEN KELLEY is a person whose whereabouts are unknown, it is hereby ordered that KRISTEN KELLEY serve upon GERALD M. TITUS, JR., Counsel for the Respondent, JOHN LOUIS OLESON, whose address is Post Office Box 1625, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26102, an answer, including any related counter-claim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this Notice. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
A hearing in this matter will be held on the 25th day of August, 2021 at 1:30 o’clock, p.m., before the Honorable C. DARREN TALLMAN, Family Court Judge of Wood County, West Virginia, at 315 Market Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia, at which time and place you may be present if you so desire.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
