PUBLIC NOTICE
CONSTRUCTION OF TELE-
COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Pendleton County OEM is providing notice of its intent to construct and operate a tower pursuant to Federal Communication Commission’s Programmatic Agreement for telecommunication towers. The tower called Seneca Rocks 911 will be off Timber Ridge Road, Seneca Rocks, WV (38-49-42.993 N and 79-23-56.986 W). The self-support tower will be 180 feet in height. Only comments regarding potential effects on Historic Properties should be sent within 30 days of publication to:
