Pendleton Community Care, Inc. (Owner) located in Franklin, West Virginia seeks bids from properly qualified general contractors for work to Owner’s property located at 82 Pine Street in Franklin, West Virginia.

The project is described as construction of an addition totaling approximately 1,577 square feet and interior renovations of approximately 602 square feet. Minor site improvements including paving of an adjoining parking lot are included.

A copy of the bid documents is available for review between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday at the offices of Lineage Architects, P.C. (Designer) located at 98 Lee Highway in Verona, Virginia.

Bid documents are available electronically at no cost. Physical copies of the bid documents are available for a $100.00 non-refundable fee payable to Designer. Physical documents may be shipped for an additional $50.00 non-refundable fee payable to Designer. Contact Designer at 540-248-3771 one day in advance to obtain physical documents.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 2:00pm at the project site. Attendance at this meeting is MANDATORY for those contractors wishing to submit bids.

Contractor must be fully and properly licensed to operate in West Virginia at the time of bid submittal. This project is NOT subject to Davis-Bacon wage requirements. This project is partially funded by a grant from the Human Resources and Service Administration via the American Rescue Plan and is subject to contracting provisions thereof. Project and supporting documents must be completed by August 01, 2024.

Bids are due by 2:00pm local prevailing on Tuesday, November 29, 2022. Bids may be delivered by hand or parcel service the offices of Owner at 82 Pine Street, Franklin, West Virginia. Owner requires that bids be guaranteed for a minimum of sixty days. Owner will make a good faith effort to make an award within sixty days of bid receipt. No verbal, facsimile, or email bids will be accepted.

A bid bond equal to 3.0% of the total bid shall be supplied at the time of bid submittal. 10-20-2c
