Receiving Stream: Clinch River
DEQ’s intent to approve this program was published in this newspaper on Monday, April 20, 2020.
The public comment period for this action was April 20, 2020 through May 20, 2020.
All comments received during that period were answered and resolved. With this approval, the
Town of Tazewell will implement this program to control industrial waste discharged into the
sanitary sewer system.
