PUBLIC NOTICE
A public testing of the electronic voting systems ballot, vote recording device and tabulating equipment for the General Election to be held on November 8, 2016, will be performed by the Clerk of the Pendleton County Commission on October 20, 2016, at 10:00 A.M. at the Courthouse. After testing is completed and machines are ready for voting, an inspection will be made on October 24, 2016, at 3:00 P.M. to examine each electronic voting device and ballot.
