PUBLIC Notice The Cabell/Wayne Local Emergency Planning Committee of Cabell County, West Virginia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 2nd, at 1:00 P.M. at The Tri-State Fire Academy, 4200 Ohio River Road, Huntington, WV, and/or hear comments pertaining to explain and/or hear comments pertaining to the C/WLEPC Emergency Response Plan, Commodity Flow Study, and Hazard Analysis.
