ARCHITECT/
ENGINEER
STATEMENT OF
QUALIFICATIONS
Pursuant to West Virginia Code 5G-1-3 and the requirements of the School Building Authority of WV (SBA), the Administrative Council for South Branch Career and Technical Center is seeking Expressions of Interest and Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide professional Architectural / Engineering services for the following:
1. Renovations to South
Branch Career and
Technical Center or
otherwise known as
SBCTC Multi-Coun-
ty Statewide Grant
Funding Requests
(3%) CEFP Priority
#1 Project.
2. Any emergency
projects due to
water, fire and
weather.
3. As funds become available for non-
SBA funded work
South Branch Career
and Technical Cent-
er is interested in
provisions for ar-
chitectural and
engineering services
toward fulfillment
of building and
ground renova-
tion, additions and
upgrades. This
commitment will be
re-evaluated on an
annual basis but
could be for up to five
(5) years for funded
projects at South
Branch Career and
Technical Center.
4. Any other SBA fund-
ed project not listed
to be advertised
upon funding.

Statements of Qualifications must be received no later than July 22, 2021 by 3:00 p.m. local prevailing time via email. In accordance with the requirements of WV Code 5G-1-3, these statements will be evaluated, and the county will conduct discussions with at least three firms which are deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required.
The Administrative Council for South Branch Career and Technical Center reserves the right to reject any and/or all statements from interested firms and to make the award in any manner deemed to be in its best interest in accordance with WV Code 5G-1-3.
