The Potomac Valley Conservation District is seeking proposals for legal services to incorporate the following:
DESCRIPTION: Work may consist of, but not limited to, title searches, deed and easement research, preparation of right of way agreements, preparation of legal documents, knowledge of freedom of information requests, court appearance and legal support for conservation district board.
PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL: Please submit proposals, including fee schedule, experience and references to: Potomac Valley Conservation District, 500 East Main Street, Suite F, Romney, WV 26757 by September 27, 2018 at 4:00 pm. Proposals will be reviewed and interviews conducted. Award will be based on qualifications, experience, staffing and price. 9-13-2c
