COMPENSATION INSURANCE
The Potomac Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is requesting proposals from parties interested in supplying Workers Compensation Insurance for the Authority for the period July 1, 2018 to July 1, 2019, with renewal options for two additional years of coverage. Specifications may be obtained by contacting PVTA at 185 Providence Lane, Grant County Industrial Park, Petersburg, WV 26847 or calling (304) 257-1414. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises and Women’s Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals. All proposals must be received at the PVTA office by 7:00 p.m., June 6, 2018. 5-3-2c
