The Wood County Airport Authority (WCAA) seeks Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from aviation consulting firms to provide professional planning services for an airport master plan and airport layout plan update: focusing on forecasting, documenting and validating operational data at the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport.
