REQUEST FOR QUOTES
The Region VIII Solid Waste Authority (Region VIII SWA) is seeking to purchase a used loader/backhoe. Region VIII SWA is accepting sealed quotes, in their offices located at 131 Providence Lane, Grant County Industrial Park, Petersburg, WV until 2 p.m. on Friday October 28, 2016 or by mail to P.O. Box 116, Petersburg, WV 26847, until Noon on October 28, 2016. The loader/backhoe should have the general features listed below:

7,000 or Less Hours

Region VIII SWA will seriously consider all quotes that are received even those that do not meet all of the specifications above but may work for our intended use. The quotes will be opened publicly at the Authority’s offices on Friday, October 28, 2016 at 2:15 p.m. Quote forms and packages are available by calling the Authority at (304) 257-2644. Please make sure that mailed quotes are sealed and are clearly identified on the envelope as “loader/backhoe quote.” The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. 10-6-2c
