The public comment period begins March 29, 2018 and ends April 28, 2018.

Comments received within this period will be considered prior to issuance of the permit. Correspondence should include the name, address, and telephone number of the writer and a concise statement of the nature of the issues raised. A public hearing may be held if the Director determines there is a significant public interest in one or more issues relevant to the draft permit.

The application, draft permit or factsheet may be inspected by appointment at the Division of Water and Waste Management, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on business days.
