Breece, Engineer, was filed for record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, on April 23, 1925, in Map Book 2, as Map 259, as Lot Number Thirty-one (31). At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 1712 Woodward Terrace, Huntington, WV 25705. AND BEING the same real estate which was conveyed to Clyde W. Dolin II, by Deed dated November 6, 2017, from Michael R. Schneider, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 1376 at Page 628.
