The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 222 Seneca Drive, Raleigh County, Mount Hope, WV 25880. In that the above-named Respondent(s) is/are wrongfully occupying such property as tenant(s). And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an affidavit that the Defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the county in which the Defendant resides or is located. It is ordered that Jeffrey Edwards do serve upon Steve Massie, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before December 12, 2016 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Jeffrey Edwards at any time thereafter.
