NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Star City will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at 370 Broadway Avenue in Star City. The purpose of the hearing is to solicit public input on the following (3) zoning change requests:
MARTINANGELO, LLC – Request to rezone Lots 14,15 and 16 (Block 31 – Parcel 196) on Congress Avenue from Residential to Commercial.
ALDOM LLC – Request to rezone Lots 4,5,6 & 7 (Block 38 – Parcel 203) on Congress Avenue from Residential to Commercial.
CLAUDIO HOLDING CO LLC – Request to rezone lots 11 through 17 (Block 30 – Parcels 189,190,191, 192) on Congress Avenue from Residential to Commercial.
All persons are invited to attend this hearing and to make comments before the council about the requested changes in zoning. If you cannot attend but wish to comment, you may write to the following address: Mayor Sharon Doyle, Town of Star City, 370 Broadway Avenue, Star City, WV 26505. Written comments received prior to June 4, 2024, will be provided to town council, and inserted into the official record.
