The City of Williamstown Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 7:30p.m. The following items will be discussed:
A proposal from Mark Mondo, to split 7.132 acres from Coco Bean Realty LLC to be conveyed to Harbor Point LLC.
A proposal for final approval of Harbor Point Commons, Phase 1 (Condo Unit 1)
