ADVERTISMENT
The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) located at 400 Lee Street North, Lewisburg, WV 24901 invites qualified contractors to submit a firm fixed price (FFP) sealed bid for the WVSOM-24-P-102 Year 1 Classroom Audio Visual Renovation Project.
The mission or purpose of this project is to provide necessary audio-visual improvements to WVSOM’s Classroom #1 and will include installation of video projector, wireless audio conference units, replacing, reusing and reprograming existing equipment.
A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND TOUR is scheduled for Friday, 2/23/24 at 2:00 pm in B-207 Year 1 Classroom. Vendors must arrive no later than 1:30 pm in order to participate in the pre-bid meeting and discussion. Late arrivals will not be allowed to participate. Please contact Shelly Gardner-Lutz or Sarah Skelding ([email protected]) for a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) or a campus map. All interested contractors are required to be represented at this meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Bids received from any contractor who did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be disqualified. All attendees are required to sign-in to verify their attendance. To attend the pre-bid meeting, please park in Welcome Center Lot P5. Someone will be at the Welcome Center Door to direct you to the Year 1 Classroom.
The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine reserves the right to cancel, accept or reject bids on each item separately or as a whole, to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to contract in the best interest of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.
