Request for bids
The City of Hinton is seeking bids to purchase a 30×34 steel and wooden pavilion structure. The structure will have a metal roof and be located at a new park under construction. The bid should include the amount of the structure as well as the shipping to 79 Grace Street, Hinton WV 25951.
Individuals/firms are invited to submit a quotation to include specification and pricing, and other related material information desired no later than April 19, 2024, 4:00 p.m. at City Hall, City of Hinton 322 Summers Street, Hinton West Virginia 25951.
The City of Hinton will evaluate the specifications and pricing submitted and may conduct discussions with individuals/ firms submitting proposals deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required and then rank such proposals in order of preference.
The City of Hinton will award a contract with the individual/firm determined to be the most highly qualified in specifications and pricing.
The City of Hinton reserves the right to reject any and all bids from individuals/firms and to make the award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion, to be in the interest of the City of Hinton and in accordance with West Virginia State code.
