The object of the above entitled action is a suit for seeking to quiet title to that certain real estate, which is owned the parties named herein.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that THEIR HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN OWNERS WITH AN INTEREST IN A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND SITUATE IN MONONGALIA COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA, identity and whereabouts are unknown it is ordered that they do serve upon Debra A. Bowers, Esq. Plaintiffs attorney, representing Elsie Maria King Stanley, whose address is 1085 Van Voorhis Road – Suite 100, Morgantown, WV 26505 an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before July 20, 2016 otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
