Public Notice
On August 15, 2016, AJG Corporation filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission seeking authorization to transfer control of the Descendants Trust, FBO Descendants of John R. Raese and of the Descendants Trust, FBO Descendants of David A. Raese, from Lauren M. Kelley Driscoll, Trustee, to Richard Cox Cowell, Jr., Trustee. The Descendants Trusts own all the stock of AJG Corporation.
AJG Corporation is the licensee of following West Virginia stations: WFGM-FM, 93.1 MHz, Barrackville; WFBY (FM), 102.3 MHz, Weston; and WKKW (FM), 97.9 MHz, Fairmont. AJG Corporation is also the proposed assignee of Stations WCLG (AM), 1300 kHz, and WCLG-FM, 100.1 MHz, Morgantown, West Virginia.
