Nichols T-615 241.49-acre Tract and adjacent tracts situated approximately 5,075 feet northeast of the intersection of Virginia Route 663 and Herringbone Road and approximately 4,650 feet southeast of Little Fox School in the Hurricane District, Prater Quadrangle of Buchanan County, Virginia.
