Nichols T-615 241.49-acre Tract and adjacent tracts situated approximately 5,075 feet northeast of the intersection of Virginia Route 663 and Herringbone Road and approximately 4,650 feet southeast of Little Fox School in the Hurricane District, Prater Quadrangle of Buchanan County, Virginia. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that EnerVest Operating, L.L.C., 406 West Main Street, P. O. Box 2136, Abingdon, Virginia 24212, is requesting that the Virginia Gas and Oil Board (hereinafter “Board”) issue an order pooling all the rights, interests, and estates pursuant to Va.
