Notice is given that Luke Massey Pet Cremation Service, L.L.C. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit for a Pet Crematory located on D-Road, Arthurdale, Preston County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: Latitude: 39.506478; Longitude: -79.822394.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
NOx = 1.05TPY, CO = 0.043TPY, PM10 = 0.57TPY, SO2 = 0.395TPY, VOCs = 0.031 TPY
Startup of the operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of August, 2017. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
