Request for Expression of Interest for Architectural/Engineering Services:
Pursuant to WV Code ยง5G-1-3, the Monongalia County Commission seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced architects and engineers for the master planning and design/ construction administration of renovations and/or replacement of the pool at Camp Muffly located on Four-H Camp Road, Morgantown, WV. This project will expand and/or replace the existing pool and associated facilities.
Architects and Engineers are invited to submit an expression of interest to include a statement of qualifications, performance data, experience in designing aquatics facilities, and references. Design firm shall exhibit a minimum of 10 similar projects within the state with the lead designer having a minimum of 15 years experience in design, operation, maintenance and construction of aquatic facilities. Five copies of these packets of materials are to be provided no later than the EOI Closing Date to the Monongalia County Commission, 243 High Street Room 202, Morgantown, WV.
A selection team will evaluate the statements of qualifications and may conduct interviews with at least three of the professional firms submitting these materials deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the service required. The committee shall rank such firms in order of preference and submit to the Monongalia County Commission for approval.
The following timelines are preliminary and may be subject to change at the sole discretion of the Monongalia County Commission.

• Short-listing of submissions: August 16, 2017
• RFP presentations/interviews: September 13, 2017
