ORDER RESCHEDULING HEARING ON PETITION FOR NAME CHANGE
By Order Filing Petition entered the 21st day of July, 2017, the above styled matter was set for
hearing on the Petitioner’s Petition for Name Change. On the 7th day of August, 2017, the Petitioner, Stephani Shae Lawrence, pro se, contacted the Court to advise that she is returning to school and has classes every morning and therefore would be unable to attend the hearing currently scheduled for the 12th day of September. 2017, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., She requested a new date/time for said hearing.
Accordingly, the Court, at the verbal request of the Petitioner, Stephani Shae Lawrence, does hereby
ORDER that the hearing on the Petitioner’s Petition for Name Change be rescheduled from the 12th day of September, 2017, at 9:00 o`clock a.m., to the 10th day of October. 2017. at 1:30 o’clock p.m.
Said hearing will take place before the Honorable Phillip A. Gaujot, Judge of the Circuit Court
of Monongatia County, West Virginia, Division 3, in Courtroom Number 4, located on the Third (3rd)
Floor of the Monongalia County Justice Center, 75 High Street, Morgantown, West Virginia, 26505,
at which time the parties shall be present to protect their interests, if they so desire.
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall deliver, by first class mail or other means.
