To the Above Named Respondent: It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Cheyenna Galvan is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Cheyenna Galvan serve upon Jesse Waugaman, Petitioner, whose address is 120 Sandstone Drive, Apartment #7, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before February 16, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
