Solicitation of Interest
The State of West Virginia is soliciting responses from parties interested in building or renovating structures for two separate Group Homes located along side each other. The sizes are for an 8-bed home containing approximately 4-5,000 square feet and a 4-bed home containing 3-4,000 square feet to be located in greater Wood County along with a shared parking lot containing 18-20 spaces.
The building and parking lot must be ADA compliant and meet all applicable federal, state and local codes, standards and ordinances. This is only a solicitation of interest. If you have an existing building or a new construction site and are interested in providing Group Homes on a leased basis, please respond with your contact information. An appointment will be made to see your location and provide building requirements and details. No phone calls please.
