AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application

Notice is given that Jay-Bee Oil & Gas, Inc. has applied
to the West Virginia Department of Environmental
Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70 Modification
Permit for its Grumpy Well Pad Production Facility
located off Indian Creek Road near Middlebourne in
Tyler County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude
coordinates are 39.467595, -80.764129.

The applicant estimates the Increased/Decreased
potential to discharge the following Regulated Air
Pollutants will be:

0.90 tons of Nitrogen Oxides per year
0.76 tons of Carbon Monoxide per year
0.44 tons of Volatile Organics per year
0.01 tons of Sulfur Dioxide per year
0.07 tons of Particulate Matter per year
0.01 tons of Formaldehyde per year
0.02 tons of n-Hexane per year
0.07 tons of Hazardous Air Pollutants per year
1,105.64 tons of Greenhouse Gas Equivalents per year

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the
15th day of December 2023. Written comments will be
received by the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601
57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30
calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
