Craig Tatterson, Judge NOTICE OF FILING OF PETITION FOR FORFEITURE The object of this suit is to seek an Order forfeiting the herein described property pursuant to the West Virginia Contraband Forfeiture Act (W. Va. Code 60A-7-1 et. seq.). You have the right to file a claim to the property described in this Notice and the Petition for Forfeiture on or before thirty (30) days following the date of the first publication of this notice. Any such claim must clearly state the identity of the Claimant and an address where legal process can be served upon the Claimant. The property seized and subject of this suit is described as follows: $4,429.00 in United States Currency. The law enforcement agency responsible for the seizure is the Appalachian Ridgeline Narcotics Task Force in Mason County, West Virginia. The seizure took place on March 27, 2026, in Mason County, West Virginia. The person(s) in possession of the property at the time of seizure were Jayln Tolliver-Wooden and Abdullah Myles, Jr. After the date for filing of these claims, an Order of the Court directing forfeiture of the seized property to the State and vesting ownership of the property shall be sought. If you fail to file a claim, an Order, upon proper hearing, may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. Your claim must be filed with the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Mason County, West Virginia in the Mason County Courthouse, Point Pleasant, West Virginia.
