Antero Resources Corporation, 1615 Wynkoop Street, Denver, CO 80202, is applying for a permit for a natural gas horizontal well, Walters 3205 N-4H Unit, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 554301.84m, UTM NAD 83 Northing 4353370.21m, in Lower West Fork River Watershed, Clarksburg 7.5′ Quadrangle, Eagle District, Harrison County, WV which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty day period.
