LEGAL NOTICE
Proposals for conducting the agreed upon procedures of individual schools accounts and selected school related organizations for the 2015-16 fiscal year will be received by the Board of Education of the County of Monongalia at its office at 13 South High Street, Morgantown, West Virginia, 26501, until 12:00 P.M., November 21, 2016, at which time the official bid opening will be conducted.

Specifications, forms, and other necessary information may be obtained from the Chief School Business Official/Treasurer Office, 13 South High Street, Morgantown, West Virginia, 26501.

The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all proposals.

No vendor may withdraw his proposal within forty-five (45) days of the actual date of the opening thereof.
