Notice is hereby given by Summit Community Bank, Inc., 300 North Main Street, Moorefield, WV 26836, that it has applied to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC” ) to establish a de novo branch located at University Town Centre Drive, Granville, West Virginia 26534.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, 10 Tenth Street, N.W., Suite 800, Atlanta, Georgia 30309-3849 not later than fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this notice. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
