It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Michael Shane Holcomb has been unable to be located by Kelley Sue Diurba and that she has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, Michael Shane Holcomb shall serve upon Kelley Sue Diurba, 46 Beech Street, Morgantown, WV 26501, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he may have to the Petition filed in this action on or
before August 11, 2017. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
