BID CALL 2018-01
BULK ROCK SALT
Sealed bids will be received by the City Finance Director of the City of Morgantown, West Virginia, until Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.(e.s.t), for 1,000 tons of BULK ROCK SALT along with an additional option of 1,000 tons in reserve for use on roadways as a snow and ice melting agent in accordance with the specifications on file and available from the Public Works Division, 201 Votech Drive, Morgantown, West Virginia, 26505.
All bids shall be clearly marked "Sealed Bid 2018-01” . Each bidder shall submit a five percent
(5{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) bid bond, certified check, or postal money order for each or all section(s) bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding.
