Engineering Design Services for Parapet and Façade Repair on City Hall
The City of Morgantown is seeking proposals for qualified consultants for engineering services for repair of the Parapet and Façade of City Hall in Morgantown, WV. Scope of work will include but is not limited to: 1) design specifications and engineering plans for removing and replacing the façade and parapet 2) analyzing moisture content 3) design scaffolding 4) Cost Estimate for construction and materials 5) monitoring and inspection of construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
All parties interested in being considered for this project must submit a proposal detailing qualification, technical expertise, related prior experience, location, work to be subcontracted, and management of staff.
Proposals will be accepted no later than August 25th, 2017 at 4pm.
This project is partially funded by a grant from the State Historic Preservation Office. Design and control of the project must be in conformance with the Secretary of the Interior’ s Standards for Historic Properties.
The City of Morgantown reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals.
